Roasted Suckling Pig: “Porchetta style”. We marinate the whole pig overnight, and roast the suckling pig 65 degrees for 12 hours.
1.1 kg dry-aged beef, RM248
Premium 1.1kg medium rare Australian Grain-fed dry aged T-bone Tuscany style, served with Rosemary Oil, Roasted Potato and Salad, Tuscany style.
350g Roasted Octopus, Potato, Arugula Modena Balsamic, RM118
Mediterranean octopus boiled up to 4 hours, marinate the octopus with garlic black pepper, thyme and Spanish paprika. Grill for 5 minutes upon order. Add on roasted potato and balsamic dressing.
Spanish Paella (Sunday only), RM26
Spanish Paella – Originally from Valencia in Eastern Spain, Sapore paella is made of more than 10 ingredients- seafood, Iberico, Chorizo sausages, vegetables.
