Nippon Travel Agency Co., Ltd (Head Office: Tokyo, Japan) and its Singaporean arm, NTA Travel (Singapore) Private. Ltd  established “TASKAL Resources Sdn. Bhd” (hereinafter referred to as TASKAL) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in order to provide one stop crisis management service worldwide.


TASKAL is one-stop crisis management service to solve troubles encountered by travelers and expats. TASKAL will support travelers and expatriates 24 hours a day via its business chat app and call centre solving troubles.

For companies and schools, to ensure safety of business travelers and overseas students is the most important issue.  Use of our network enabled to 24 hours/365days support and help travelers and expatriates solve problems when they encounter such troubles as theft, injury or illness, according to the representative of TASKAL.
